Body parts (except ears... wasn't sure I liked them) joined and refined further. Here is a keyshot test:

    Default Looking Good

I check back periodically to see how you're coming along. It's cool to see the daily process. Gives you an idea of how long creating a character like this, could take.

    Keep on pushing.

    Default Detailing the Clothes

I know that clothing folds is a skill that takes lots of practice. Mine doesn't look too much like the tutorial, but it's a start.

    Default Keyshot test

Just for a quick test on how it looks in Keyshot. Pants look a little blobby, but I'll work on them some more. No polypaint yet. All KeyShot.

    Default cool

Very good man, you can tell you are paying attention in a short amount of time. Though marvelous designer is good, I think it a good idea to NOT let the computer do the thinking? Thats what Zbrush is there for after all?

    Default Sculpting the Coat

There are a few differences in my coat. My collar is a bit different. Haven't placed the button holes or buttons as they get moved later on in the series. I really feel like my skills are improving with each step!

That's some nice topology you're showing. :-) On the coat.

    You're making great progress!

Are you using a lot of the new 4R7 features, with this tut?

Yes, lots of Zmodeler brush! It really does make a huge difference to be able to slide, scale, or move an edge or QMesh for new parts. A lot of techniques are used in the tutorial, but all get touched at some point by the Zmodeler brush.
