what is the best way to extrude a perfect surface?

I was trying to do something like a perfect bevel on the edges, what I was doing is slicing the mesh into different polygroups, transpose the surface out, scale it down. You can see in the red circles, those edges are not consistent with the other “beveled faces”. I know i could use trimdynamic, trimadaptive to manually bevel the edge, but is there any easy way to do it? Thanks.
