Small update, started blocking in the rest of the character and refined his face. Hair is all place holder for the moment.

Just some more refining of the sculpt, going to try get it done by tomorrow and hopefully start the low poly soon. Hair, Shoes, Hands mainly need some refining. then add some extra accessories like a wrench, pockets etc etc
Very nice so far. So, you’re building each component of the source illustration separately, then rigging and posing into position? rather than just model what will show? Is that standard procedure? Or just a creative choice for practicing all aspects of the softwares and execution pipeline?

So here is the final sculpt for the character, I am going to pose him and do some high quality renders soon too (I don’t render much so this should be fun)
