How do you close two ends of a curve?

Forgive me if this question’s been done to death, but I am having a devil of a time finding an answer. I’m working with a curve insert mesh brush. I’m trying to create a rope around a pylon for a dock. I’ve got a curve insert mesh for the rope, and I can get it around the pylon, but I can’t see where to close the shape. Most of the tutorials I’ve seen are great at telling you how to activate or modify the brush, but that one little point seems to escape explanation. Can someone tell me how to do it or point me at a tutorial that covers this particular subject?

I think that if you draw your curve then finish by going just to the start of it ZBrush closes it. Maybe that’s because you’ve got triparts enabled so there is a starting, middle and end part.

I’m not very sure about that so if someone can confirm it would be cool.

Hope it helps !!!
