Visible triangles on smoothing

Hello everybody, small questions:

When smoothing my model, triangles seem to pertrude out alot more than quads, specially when the triangle is present on rounded objects. Is there a way to fix such a thing ?

Is there possibly a relax tool ? Something that attempts to equalize your vertex deviation from each other ? Or is the smoothing brush our only option ?
