Default Black Viper 3d Print and model

Made from scratch, starting with Zspheres, made into a dynamesh, and then decimated and prepared for printing using Decimation Master. Client was ecstatic. Hope y'all like him as well.

Printed using Makerbot 2 in PLA plastic.

Cool! This reminds me of my friend whose a fan of Black Viper. He made several models using plastic PLA and ABS. But I like how he printed it in rubber-like filament which is done on Zbrush 4R6.

Very interesting material, does it require a heated bed? I have the Makerbot 2 which only prints in PLA that I know of. I'd love to try this material.

Yeah. It requires some higher temperature. But don’t worry because it has high tearing resistance. Most hobbyists I know used rubber-like filaments for 3D printing iPhone cases, flip flops and some sets of miniatures. BTW, what’s your PLA diameter; 1.75mm or 3.00mm?

It's 1.75. I do believe I can increase the temperature so I'll look into it. I'd love a rubber-ish print for certain situations.
