Thanks guys! Appreciated!
rasmusW - I used Arnold for maya for this one. Yep be on the lookout, should have more work coming up soon.
Hey here is some screenshots from inside Zbrush.
Also you can view a 4k Arnold render here: http://payload269.cargocollective.co...5mb_v001_o.jpg
Nice work. I'm curious as to how you did all the details on the face, shoulders & chest of your creature. Any techniques or special alphas that were used or is it all just standard brushes and a lot of time?
When you start to think of what everything around you would look like in wireframe, does that mean you have problems?

Very cool and nice and clean.
Amazing... Damm how u create that face details with all that holes and flesh? Really amazing job
Thanks guys!
I used mainly the standard brush, slash, damian standard. All the brushes I tweaked a bit here and there to fit my liking better.
But yeah no special tricks really. Just a lot of time. Alphas was only used on the skin details, like pores and tiny wrinkles.
Also I used dynamesh a lot to get the shapes exactly how I wanted. It was posed asymmetrically from quite early on as well, so I could concentrate sculpting it in the pose.
Hope that helps!
Great sculpt! I like his facial proportions.
Very good sculpt!
