I’ve been working on alot of personal projects lately, and thought I’d get them out in the open until I get my showreel updated.
So I just got this one through Keyshot
Hardsurface modeled in Maya, Organic head sculpted in Zbrush, everything textured in Mari.
I thought I’d play with stronger facial silhouettes and I really enjoyed working on it.
Awesome model. I feel some specularity in the renders would help add more life to him though, particularly his eyes and skin.

That’s actually exactly what I’m workin on right now Getting to know Keyshot as I write this. I’m usually hopeless with lighting and rendersettings but Keyshot kinda got my hopes up about my beautyshots!
Still can’t seem to get proper highlights in the eyes working in Keyshot but I guess it’ll take some more practice.
