    Thx guys!

Let's start an other challenge . This time a girl Satsuki Kiryuin. The goal is to go for real fan art this time, which means she must be recognisable as Satsuki however I can change proportions.
Well that's the main goal lets see for how long I can stay on that track. (already cut her hair )
Here is the first wip, blocked in the forms and looking for a style I want to go for. I do really want to stay away from the typical generic woman there are plenty of those already. Anyway will see where I 'll end up.

    Default Fantastic

Wow, this is really great! I love every bit of it...the insane detail, your textures, pose, color contrast, blurred depth...and that character - I feel like I could have met him (I think that's a good thing). The way your turntable shows the DOF is super cool too.

    Insane work! Lovely.
(I've been away from this site for a year or more. I'm back Zbrushing now, because I finally got my Wacom Cintiq. I didn't like my Intuos, because I couldn't get used to coordinating my hand and eye separately. What a STEEP learning curve this is! Anyways, I'm back practicing, folks. Wish me luck!)

One tip I found extremely useful is to add a hot key to the solo view. I have the same thing in Maya for isolate select and it really speeds up my workflow.

    It is Blizzardfest time .
This time I'll go with the goblin thinker from Warcraft turn him into a hero. So after five lunchrunches the first goblin is there. Mad scientist type.
The idea would be that he sits in a giant "robot". In that robot it is pretty hot so he has some water to drink on top of his head. Because it isn't easy to come out of the bot there is an improvised "toilet" just in case. .
Will see where it goes from here...
