KeyShot Rendering is too much fun, I just applied my strategical routine simple lighting scenario I used to do inside the Maya.

Using Planes as add geometry in KeyShot then in MAterialSection use Lights/Area Lights and select the first Sample Area light 6000L.
    Tips:
    1. They play as softBox ("bouncing" light off a second surface to diffuse the light) for Photo Shoot, so Comparing to the size of Character or Creature they shouldn't be too big==== if they are too big your charcater looks SMALL! i.e., like 4 times of the size of your Characters!
    2. Distance between the Are lights and your Character Depend on the Size of the Character and Scene Units DO NOT place your Softbox/Area lights so Far! you can Also use IES Lights as another photographic lighting device, somehow point light! up to you
    3. Ground size in your Environment menu is important to cast a nice shadow on the ground, the higher number is the softer the shadow will be
    4. First Apply a Dark Environment, play around with your Area Lights then Apply whatever HDR you like no specific rules, I love some studio lighting inside Keyshot those with Sharp and Soft lights and bit ground bounces give Global Illumination. You can make your own
    5. Lumen in your Area Light section is luminous Flux, some kind of measure of the whole quantity of Light Emitted to environment: 1 lm = 1Candela! 1 Lumen ==
term wattage is a measure of power or energy. Lumens are a measure of brightness, one lumen is deemed equal to the light of a light candle from one foot away
Me rambling a lot here in Scientific terms hope it will help

Some ZBrush Tips to render in BPR, I am pretty sure there are tons of superb Material, Lightung and rendering techniques in ZBC 100 times better than mine, but here it is:
