Ps for texturing and for hair i used 3100 curves in maya hair ,
rendering with Arnold and finally composite in photoshop . Hope you like it.

It kinda doesn't look much like him with the textures off.
I think you should work more on his ears and in the shape of his head.
But so far so good, i can see that you have a good eye for portraits, keep it up man, it's looking good.

your model lacks of almost every single part of muscles and forms that makes a human face. Do not go for likeness at your stage. Try to understand how a human face work first before going for the advance stage of human likeness.
