Hey guys! my name is cristian (5yasid) and I have 20 years
I’m New Here, Just want to create a sketchbook thread and starting to post some of my works here, and i would love to get some critiques and advices from all the amazing artists in here, thanks! :slight_smile:

In response to your first post of the gangster, the proportions in his face are good, however I think you should look up some reference for musculature, mainly for the neck. Keep in mind where the tendons are and how they affect the skin and wrinkles, because the centre of the neck doesn’t look accurate.

Nice poly model, loving the anatomy and edge flow.

May I suggest adding a few extra loops around the abdominal area? Those long skinny vertical polys on your abs will give you hell when you’re trying to sculpt the horizonal insertions of the abdominal muscles. Adding 2 or 3 more will bring those closer to square without making the polys on the side too skinny.
