I stareted to create zombi pet from z sphere than i turned into adaptive skin and sculpt with base brushes base mesh next is dynemesh for detail modeling and sculpting..here it is photos

You probably tryed out new possibility in zbrush 424 with dynamesh substract gret think for hurdsurface...
