the tshirts wrinkles arent looking natural to me (i think they might be horizontal if we look at a "semibold" guy like this one)

I actually think he looks great, but then again I have a preference for larger guys anyways, but I really think he looks quite behemoth and for this particular photo composition, I think it works. Great job on the composition and lighting. Texturing is wonderful.
You've really done a great job of adding details right down to the hand in the back.
