Im in the early stages still, Im thinking Ill insert some long sharp teeth into his mouth. I have a question if anyone would mind helping me answer it.? Lets say I want to insert a ring mesh and give him a nose ring, and I want that nose ring to be a gold metal material but keep the skin shader on the rest of the mesh, is the only way to do this to render two sepparate images one with the whole mesh in gold and another all skin then comp them in photoshop? Or is it possible to have to different materials in the same project/document?
nice start :-) ..as to the material, choose the ring tool (or subtool), choose the mateiral you wish to have on it, press the little m button in top of shelf, unpress zadd, open the color palette and click fill object. this applies the material on your ring. now when you switch material nothing happens, as it is fixed. so you can have the green material on head, and a gold on ring... if you want fix color also, press rgb instead of m, choose color, and click fill ovject in the color palette again... welcome to zbc :-)
