Hi,
Try to remove your Users\Public\Pixologic folder (or backup it), then do a reinstall of ZBrush 4R4. You can do it to a temporary folder when choosing the installation path, then simply delete the ZBrush 4R4 fresh new folder when the installation is done (don't do an uninstall process). It will install GoZ and won't affect your current installation of ZBrush.
