Mature Audiences kryssmen sketchbook ~ NUDITY/ NSFW

Heres an Amanojaku (Japanese Oni) that I did up for the 3D Creature Planets Challenge: Yokai ~ Japanese Monsters.

All Base mesh modeled in Softimage
Sculpting and painting done in Zbrush.

    Amanojaku {NUDITY/ NSFW}

A demon of ancient origin and numerous interpretations, the ama-no-jaku is the very spirit of
contrariness and perversity. It is an invariably wicked being, usually depicted as a sort of small
oni, which lives to torment and frustrate people. Sometimes it is said to be able to
read human thought, and instigate human desire, all the better to make sure people get exactly
the opposite of what they want.

It appears famously in a rather brutal version of the folktale Uriko-hime, in which it devours
the beloved melon-princess on her wedding day, wears her flayed skin to impersonate her, and is then found out and beaten to death

I intend too. The challenge was done on the 15th and I didnt feel an extension on the challenge was needed.

I'll model in more body parts (skull and spine are already to go just didnt have time to sculpt and paint them), her kimono, a few set pieces and texture it all up.

not sure when though, i'm finishing off my TF2 Sniper model and plan to start Asajj Ventress in the next 2 weeks.

Wow very lush. Something about the abdomen feels stiff, but I couldn't tell you what needs changing. I'd say this is one of those cases where the angle/render brings out the best in a sculpt.

    Thanks nagulov,

Yeah, I looked at it again. The material, lighting and angle all played part in shadows and specularity. Its actually a very subtle dip in the stomach, I used a fitness model as the reference. I wont change it though, I did what i wanted to acheive in the time frame I gave myself.
As an "ART" piece I feel it works.

Decided to redo the background, compressed jpgs' show too much banding in a gradient.

Default Marvel Comics Spider Woman Fan Art

    Hello everyone,
I am making the rounds of some of the CG sites to share with you my latest project. It took many months of my spare time, an hour here, 6 there to finally get this where I am content with the outcome of the piece.

The many incarnations of Spider Woman.
Was inspired by some illustrations done up by John Tyler Christopher. He used Negative space in a very cool way.
    http://www.miracole.com/2010/01/18/s...n-christopher/
After starting the project I then decided to do Multiple versions of Spider Woman but keeping the pose and body the same except changing the outfit and face, etc.

Sculpted, posed, painted, custom materials, hair and render all in Zbrush. Final Comp in Photoshop.
