cool stuff man! – the blank and white high contrast are my faves - particularly the dude with hole in his chest. Jimi seems a little thin in the face. needs more kink to his hair also. keep em coming.

Thanks Magbhitu, sometimes the shadow pass is better of the rendering!
yes, with jimi I exaggerated with the perspective distortion (180 degrees) and lost the figure… one thing I never understood was if is better to model a portrait in perspective or in orthographic view, any suggestion?

haven’t done much portrait work myself. i’d play with the ‘angle of view’ setting to try and match the perspective distortion of my photo ref. photo’s are usually in somesorta perspective. try to match with to a demo characters - then proceed with yer sculpt. make sense?

thanks very much, I had not thought to use a demo character as a comparison!
