Andrew Reynolds is a favorite of mine, so I love the subject matter! A few things though, the eyes are huge, and your sculpt doesn't have any eyelids. Eyelids are a huge part of a persons face that really get overlooked the most often. Take care of that and it'll look a ton better man.
