    Nice clean work on that truck body. I really like the tight seams between the body panels.
    I gotta do that for the car body I'm working on. Was the truck body cut into different poly groups to achieve this?

    That method never would have occurred to me.

    thnx EZRA52-this post attempt at achieving that high gloss candy apple custom paint look which is done in three steps(tricoat) - base - mid and clearcoat the final two being transparent a sample of the color and alpha for lightcap which also used for backdrop and last image single stage paint.

    If you ever decide to make a book or dvd of your techniques I will buy it. The way you do paneling is simple yet brilliant. Also you use shadowbox very creatively too. I can't wait to see how you do wiring, which should be a lot easier now.

    and i dont use shadow box at all these parts are 90% extracts - masking - clipping tools
