As for the model, I'm pretty much giving up at this point to work on another project. I've been trying to figure out how to pose him and nothing is working. I tried Transpose Master. That worked well on the body mesh but the webbing was entirely distorted. Then I tried taking a low res version into Maya and using joints/skin weights to pose him. That also worked well for the body mesh but the webbing got screwed up. I originally made this model to render but I wanted to be able to animate him whenever I learn how. Unfortunately for me, I can't figure out a way to keep a very high res model and be able to pose it. Seems I have to pick one or the other. For now, since I'm not very good at animation, I might try modelling him preposed. I won't have a model to animate when I'm done but I can get a very nice image out of it.
If anyone knows about posing high res models (12mil polys) in ZBrush or Maya, PLEASE let me know.
