Default How to do perfectly round objects?

I am making a dwarven style tankard that should be machined out of metal but I am struggling to make it perfectly round, its like I need more lines of symmetry or be able to perhaps spin a cross section to make it indentical how do I do this?

Heres what I have at the moment

it just looks scruffy and uneven is there an easy way to straighten it up and make it more round (forget the foam)

You can use Turntable animation in Sculptris like a pottery wheel, but Radial Symmetry in Blender is better ....

Yes, Blender is a whole different software. But it's free. It's much more complicated. But it's about the best free 3D software you can get. Does modeling, sculpting, texture painting, rigging and animation, realistic renders, cloth sim, liquid sim, particle hair sim, and has a game engine in physics.
