    Default 3d realtime character Lobo

Hi Guys and Gals! First post, fresh and shiny!
For my studies as a game artist I have to create a 3D realtime character based on a comic book figure. I chose DC's Lobo.

Its obviously still a WIP (no spec map, normal map/model have some glitches) I am currently roughing in the colors and I am using this cover art as reference but nothing is set in stone yet: http://images.wikia.com/marvel_dc/im...nd_Taxes_1.jpg
If anybody has ideas on how I can improve my work I would love to hear them!

    Thanks!

I'm not feeling the essence of Lobo with this design. Yes the elements are there but I would imagine the real Lobo eating this version of Lobo for breakfast. There's nothing bad about the actual sculptural production though.

    Hi, thanks for your feedback!
Arthaven, what would you suggest to make him more bad ass? Any ideas how I can toughen him up?

Eiad, thank you for your kind words, I will post more things soon!

Hi Arthaven, I just checked your webblog and saw the picture where you integrated the jeep into the small street. Funnily enough I lived in Breda for a few years, close to where the picture was taken.

    hey hey,
wasn't planning on getting much done today (leaving town for a few days) but I made some quick adjustments to give him a bit of a darker look (mainly color adjustments), I beefed up his chain+hook a bit and added a cigar.

    any suggestions are very welcome.

    thanks

    Update:

Screengrab from Maya, I am using the Kodde realtime shader (http://www.kostas.se/)
I am still planning to brush up the individual textures and paint more details. I am also going to add some props like a proper cigar, grenades and a knife.

    What do you think?
