Still need the jacket, tie, coat, hairs and some details.
I hope it will be good results.

Looks good so far. I would recommend taking a look at it with some side lighting and refine the forms a bit more in that light if need be. A strongly projected side light will give you a greater variety of shades to work with and will give you some better perspective on your form rather just using a front or global light the entire time.

WORK IN PROGRESS: Updated image with fibermesh hairs as a test (just fast BPR Render). i dont know if this hair is right and aceptable, maybe have to repeat the progress or comb more the hair, anyway is somewhat hard to see without texture, the texture will be next and i hope to get it right. hope you like it. if you have any doubt, shoot it
    cheers

coming along. Great job. You might want to push the eyes inside a little. Try it and you'll be amazed how much difference it will make.

God, the first horror movie that I saw as a kid was Hammer Studio's "Dracula Has Risen from the Grave" starring Christopher Lee. look at the eyebrows again in the poster-like reference--the right eyebrow arches up slightly.

This is not the best reference of Lee as Dracula that i have seen but I think your obvious sculpting skills may make the sculpture far exceed the quality of the reference. I hope this helps. Nice work! :-)
