file changed from SC1 to SC2...how to fix?

One of my files somehow got changed from SC1 to SC2 and now I can't open it in Sculptris. Anyone know how it happened, and if it's fixable? It's been several months since I worked on this file and don't remember what I did to cause it.

Just rename .sc1 ....
However, in Win7 they did make it a little harder. You may need Administrator privileges. In your Explorer window hit the button Organize then choose Folder and Search options. From there in the View tab uncheck Hide Extensions. Then you should be able to rename the extension with no problem. Also, Don't save in the Programs directory, save in your MY Documents. You need Admin to move/rename things in the Programs directory.
