    Question Alpha Brush texture stuck

No matter what texture I load, I tried several different ones... all b/w, all small square 512x512 or smaller all .png files
... the same little image icon stays in the loaded texture box (don't even know where that come from). I checked, the textures are loaded in the root textures folder... even the ones that came with Sculptris alpha 6. I put in a few from my old sculptris with same result.

If I try to use the one that is stuck in there Sculptris crashes... always

Tried to search for this, but seems most results when searching the Sculptris forum bring up ZBrush things.
Sculptris Alpha 6 sculpt tools work fine... like the older version did - except for this alpha brush glitch

    Thoughts, suggestions, solutions?

I restarted sculptris, opened the default sphere and tried to use the alpha brushes on it same result.
Perhaps I will reboot... only thing is, it hasn't worked at all... I may have the previous installation will see if I can crank it up and if any difference.

Uninstall, delete any left-overs and the install folder, empty your Recycle bin, then reboot, then re-install. It sounds like more of a hardware problem, either your Hard Drive is bad, or maybe a bad RAM module. Try re-installing to a different folder.

@jayd As long as you can turn that image of the brush into a square .jpg or.png image, then yes.
