Cool concept. My only critique, and it might be nitpicking, is the appearance of the weight of his gear. I think it might add to your model a little if you made his belt a little less symmetric. I feel like the weight of the hip tank should be pulling the right side down and the weight of the back tank should be pulling the left of the belt up a little more. Otherwise nice work.
