The following is the make-of procedure
STEP 1
Start from ZSphere. And using mask to pull the arm out.
Then do the base sculpture.
STEP 2
Sculpt the teeth.
STEP 3
Sculpt the basic modle
STEP 4
Paint the model.
STEP 5
Retopology the model.
