goZ going through all subtools?

Hey guys been using GoZ lately but i have one issue, everytime i export one object by hitting visible, it goes through all my subtools, and i am doing a human with a skeleton so i could take a while, so i was wondering if this was an option that could be tweaked. Thanks in advanced!

Try clicking just the "GoZ" button not the "Visible" button.
