I love it when I see an eyeless, hairless sculpt and know immediately who I am looking at. Very nice work, although I have to say your sculpt is more handsome than Hanks really looked as Gump.

Excellent character, it would be nice to see it in colors.

Nice work on the Forest Gump character, I think the likeness is close but I think the eyes are "too focused" if that makes any sense. Forest Gump had more of a 3000 mile stare; looking but not seeing kind of thing. You can see what I mean in the reference you posted. I hope that makes sense.
