    Default Requesting Critique & Advice.

Hello everyone, I've recently registered with this website as i'm seeking peoples input on a model that I've been working on, it is a project at college and its only my second attempt at doing something properly in Zbrush. any critique or advice is welcomed.
It is a model of a viking character that i had previously modeled in Maya and he isn't totally finished, just mainly focused on his head and hair/facial hair. ill post a few examples to give you all a sense of what it will be like as a whole. thanks in advance.

Hi there! here is my C&C, I would say if ya are going for a dwarf like Norsemen than the facial features are good. If not then ya should look at some Scandinavian men or men from Iceland. Also the hair sculpt seems like a good start but its too linear, also the braid is pretty cool but the braid is a little off as far as hoe a braid is made. getting a reference image of a braid will help with this. I think using fibermesh might be a better looking alternative as opposed to useing a sculpt. the beard is cool so far ya just need to make the mustache blend in more with the rest of the beard. ya dont see mustaches do that with beards. Or use fibermesh for that also. And the helm isnt a real viking helm its the stereotype of one. the real ones look way cooler. I do like the eye and nose sculpt real good. Hope this helps out and keep going dude!

Thanks alot for your input, the reason i haven't used fibermesh though is because i plan on making a game ready version of this model, so fibermesh would be a pain, but other than that ill definitely use your advice to improve my model. Will be quite busy for a bit as its drawing towards the end of my project but ill try post the finished product on here when i can. Thanks again.
