SFbee_Monster's Thread

Hi
I’ve been looking here for a while now, trying stuff on my side but was not really satisfied of my tries so far.
Here is a new one.
Done during my spare time from zsphere.
Inspired by an old Master Class of Neville Page.
I wanted to go further and try and add more details.
Almost done for me. Will add some details here and there.

Full Body

Side & Back

Close Up

I plan to finish and pose him.
Crits and comments are more than welcome.
Thanks.

Great sculpting and great character design, can’ wait to see him textured!

Yeah I like, compelling shapes and forms

Voivode> Thanks. Texture is next step indeed.
Dman3D > Thanks.

A little update with some more details and first test of polypaint…

Thoughts?
Thanks.

A little close-up.

I don’t know what’s with this trend to pose the characters with their lower backs so arched that they seem to snap in two from moment to moment. This went to extreme in your character.
Otherwise, cool design of the creature.

Love this dude

KPtoons > Thanks!

Some UI tests for fun.
Need some tweakings and adjustements/improvements too…

epic layout compositing^^

I think the layout catches our attention too much compared to your sculpt.
Try to fade out the UI a bit.

Pappete > Thanks
Braga.3D > I agree. This is something I was saying to myself too. Made it quick and need some adjustement too. Thanks.

No problem, glad to be useful

I can just concur! The layout is quite cool though, but need to fade it out a little! The sculpt and the creature design looks great, love the silhouette of this creature!:+1:
Definently keep up the nice work and have fun sculpting!
Cheers,
