    Default Timpo's Sketchbook

    Hi guys!
I've got a new piece ready to show off.
I also decided to start putting all my sketches, wips and finished pieces into one big thread.
So I'm new here and maybe I should join you guys at keeping up a sketchbook.
Maybe that way i'm gonna get more motivated
Anyway here's a triceratops for no reason whatsoever, except that dinosaurs are awesome ofcourse!
This one was quite a struggle. Took me a while to get it finished. It's also the piece that made me learn all about retopo, pipelines and general zbrush basics.
So I own this guy alot
Let me know what you think! Crits and comments more than welcome.
    Greets!

    Tnx again!
I'm still a student. Well i'm graduating this year so.
But it's not like i'm following any lessons in 3D really. I'm self taught.
I do have a strong basic in 2D stuff. But the whole 3D thing is something I tried learning on my own.
    Sadly enough ;(
But I did learn alot from tutorials and guys like Ryan Kingsley, Scott Eaton and watching heaps of speedsculpts!

    Awesome job man.

I really dig the variation in textures across the whole model.

You did a great job with the folds of skin and muscles.

Default This is looking so great man

Great form and anatomy, and I am loving the attention to detail on the skin. Very clean looking model.

Hi guys, it's been a while.
I did this skull studie. I've learned quite a lot from doing this.
Also my first mental ray render... It's not that good but i'm learning the process. Hopefully i'll soon create awesome renders

Made this quite awhile ago but haven't put it up yet.
Nothing special, just a goofy tree bloke.
But I had a great time making him!
