need zbrush help

hello all, I am looking to crew up for some gigs. Does anyone here know where is a good place to advertise for help. I run a toy design studio in NYC so I need modelers that can do characters that range from realistic to cartoony type characters. If anyone here is interested I am only looking for folks who are experienced making models that would export to print.
