Default hello! new here, first posts and first models

    Hello there guys!

First of all, thank you very much for the community you guys are! Very helpful and constructive.
This being said, I've decided to start posting my progress or whatever I'm doing. I'm doing this because I like to share and discuss but also because I have no one who can teach me so I am really starving to hear some opinions and maybe, if you guys are in the mood, some advices. I will take anything since this is my only way to interact directly with 3d artists.

A bit about my history regarding 3d art... well... almost none to be honest. I started about 5 weeks ago to learn 3ds Max and about 1.5 weeks ago I started to learn Zbrush since I got the chance to see how it is. Since than I started to like ZB more and more and at the moment I am really trying to improve my skills and study body anatomy. I still have a truck load to learn about human body and ofc, about 3d and Zbrush but hopefully I'll get there.

So that's it. Here is my first model that I will post. I've done the muscles and body in general (didn't touch the fingers though because I might put something else there) and I wanted to know what you guys think before I get to details.

Thanks a lot and speak to you soon.

    hey guys

I will post a cartoon char I've made... it started as a tutorial but than I took it further
I hope you will like it and, more important than that, I hope I'll see some opinions/ criticism regarding the model.
The other char is still work in progress since I'm kinda stuck with the armor... can't really find my way through the new topology/subtools... So until I figure it out, I hope you can tell me a few things by watching the following pics

    Default Hello

So i took a look at your first sculpt and I can clearly see that the anatomy if done right (like you did - at least to me it seems, i am no expert) makes a big difference and have to say that your sculpts look really good - They feel right to me.

Again sorry for my bad english.

Yea, this was a thread I started it like 3 months ago or so... However I stoped updating it and I will start a new one this week or at the latest next one because I wanted to wait and do a proper skatchbook after I'm done modelling after tutorials.
