    First: Thanks for making the effort to help your fellow artists.
    Next: Why would you make a 5 and a half minute video to explain what can be written in one single line of text? Seems rather excessive.
    Last: Would you net be better served to just tell 3dsmax to load the texture with the correct gamma value instead of disabling it completely?
    If you specify a gamma value of 2.2 in the file load dialogue when loading the normal map texture, this should give the same result I think. (Drag & Drop Bypasses this).
