Smile Ugly Dog challenge - Let the madness begin!!!

    Hello All,

This is my first "challenge" so forgive me if I do it wrong.

I was thinking the other night about the "Ugly Dog" contest that you sometimes hear about, and thought it would be a great way to showcase some of the new FibreMesh capabilities in the recent version of ZBrush. So here goes...

    1. Post your ZB (BPR) only renderings of your version of The World's Ugliest Dog
    2. FibreMesh must be used for fur

Any interest? It could be very interesting....

Thanks again to Pixologic for making all of this possible. Cheers!

I'm down, but do you have an idea for a deadline, or is this supposed to be an open challenge?

    Hello Elephantine,

If you check the dates of replies to this thread you can probably draw your own conclusions about that! There seems to be no deadline, nor any further communication from the thread starter. We should probably assume we are on our own!

I've got a little entry, which is nearly ready to submit. Don't expect a work of art though; I haven't had much time to do any justice to the image.

    Good luck with your dog!

    Rory

What could be uglier than a dog with two bums?

But reading the ideas that you have here I'm wondering whether i could incorporate my ideas with yours.
