***Zbrush Performance / Memory Settings***

I would like to know more about how I can maximize the performance of zbrush on my computer.
I completely understand that I don't have the best computer in the world, however, I'd like to push it as far as it can go.

My current setup is a MacPro 2.8Ghz QuadCore Xeon w/ 8GB of Ram.
What would be the best Performance/Memory settings for my machine?

Also, if you had this computer, and some extra cash for upgrades, what would you spend it on? More Ram, or a better Video Card?
