    Default Simona

    Hey guys,

in this project I´ve created two models of a young woman:
A close-up model and a complete character in Zbrush. With the close-up model I concentrated on realistic skin and hair.
The lady should have a nice smile as well. The rest was not important here.

With the Zbrush model I wanted to practice modeling in ZB only. Repetetive patterns, realistic cloth with folds was my goal here. This model has become a new version of the theme. It was not my aim to make it completely alike the close-up-model. In addition to that I did some visualisation of clothing (wool sweater, sport shoe).

    Hope you like it.

    Thomas

Hey, that's a fantastic work! The level of detail is just astonishing - nearly up to a thread on a sweater! You must have a monster-machine as well as monster-skills ))

awesome details. I also would like to know how you did the details on the show like the seams etc. how did you maintain the space between the seams?

How come there is quite a big quality gap between the clothes/shies and the other parts?
Is it only me or is one part awesome and the other "only good"?

This is certainly one of the finest sculpts I've ever seen on ZBrush Central (and of course that's saying something!). The only slightly weak part, in comparison to everything else, would seem to be the eyelashes. I think you need more of them and/or closer together.

    Wonderful work.

Wow! Thank you very much for your comments.
I never expected to get this positive response. Really encouraging!
BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU.

Silverwind_dragon: Ha, ha! Thank you man!

VISEone: The sneaker was done pretty fast, just a few days. The sweater was a real challenge. Thank you very much for your words.
    Vielen Dank!

xexex: Thanks to you as well. In terms of stiches I will answer in this post.

Cral: Thanks mate! The space between the stiches comes from the alpha. You can adjust the alpha
    in Photoshop to your needs.

Gary Komar: Thank you, Gary! Very kind.

Christian86: If there is something not as good as it used to be I will try to it better next time.
    Thanks to you.

    Sparky3d: Yeah, thank you man!

kevphil: Thank you very much for your words. Of course, there are things which can be adapted.
Maybe I will work it out later on.

    STICHES:
For the stiches I used some of the clothing brushes by Ryan Kingslien:
    http://www.zbrushcentral.com/printthread.php?t=71622

I adapted to the alphas in Photoshop to fit for the shoe or the jeans. Ryans brushes are fantastic for
those tasks (big thanks to the master). In ZBrush I used the lazy mouse to walk over the topology.

The complete figure in different perspective.
