    Default re-retry @ female anatomy

just started over again on anatomy, first used a basemesh to dynamesh for getting the proportions right then retopo,
all the body parts and now started working on the face blocking in most off the shapes, i think im on the right track now starting to look a lot on my reference images,
so guys lemme know what you see?

it nevver hurts to let it check by another set of eyes does it ?

    thnx and greetz jack

hi there.. well you have a start there.
its little bit to narrow between the eye's, the nose is also to narrow.
show a pic here how you can think. this is the geneal idea if a face build up.
As you see your ears is little bit to high also.

Well you have a good start there. dont give up on it.
Brush let it be little ruff. dare to push and grip and cut in it so you can feel the shapes.

    Good luck

Nose is too short and the wings of the nostrils are not rounded and tilted enough. The width of the Jaw isn't wide enough. The ears 'face' the viewer more. The lower eyelid needs more curves to look like a horizontal "s". The mouth isn't as wide as in your model.

It would be worth the effort to find a side view of the lady and work from that view also. It may be best to go back to the dynamesh and make corrections there before trying to retopo.

the lower nose is off also. more of the dived between the nostrils is visible lower for starters. the cut you've made north of the nostrils is not as sharp in the photo - and there is soft mass above said cut also, giving the nose more of a triangle look rather than the upside down 'T' you've got now. hope this helps.

Its hard to get a likeness but best thing to do to make sure your in the right direction is literally take a step back and grab a screengrab of your sculpt/model, put it beside or 50% opacity over the ref image in photoshop and visually see where you are going wrong etc.
I grabbed the ref image and overlayed it on both versions of your sculpt, the green lines show where her eyes/nose/ears/ mouth are on the photo compared to those on your sculpt. I reckon if you at least get those a closer match then shaping the rest of the face should be easier.

knock down the sub division levels while you affect sculptural changes...tell tale signs that your doing too much at too high a sub division level...go high for surface details only
