FiberMesh to Splines released

FiberMesh to Splines will convert the exported FiberMesh polygons from ZBrush to splines.

The splines can be used to create and render 3DS Max hair either with 3DS Max default hair modifier or using a hair plugin that has a recomb from splines option.

thats exactly what i was hoping someone would do, actually makes fibermesh useful instead of just for concepting

This looks very useful but I would highly recommend a Cinema 4D version. ZBrush to C4D workflows are very common and I can’t see this being a miss with the C4D community.

I hope someone also creates a Spline-Extractor which already works from within Zbrush. This was a more universal
solution which would hook up Hair-Rendering to any Package, also such which have no Hair-Support natively. At least given the Renderer can work with Splines. Maxwell for instant could read the Splines inside any host and let it be SolidWorks.
