A small suggestion would be to try putting eyes in him and seeing if they would work. He might need more definition around the eyes.
This guy actually looks like somebody I know! Great job on the realism.

During my attempt to remove the UNDO of script, I removed an entire line of command (in boldface) for considering unnecessary... This was the sufficient to generate the error!
