My first ZBrush piece, "Big Joe" an Orangutan at the Erie Zoo, Erie, PA. I finished the hair in Photoshop, because I don't know Maya yet. I sculpted this from scratch from a polysphere instead of a head template. Pixel count is 6 million polygons, and I don't know how to go larger without bogging down my computer. I can't seem to decrease the geometry either. Maybe because I polypainted it? A little knowledge is a dangerous thing Would love any advice from old pros here Eyeballs were problematic, because it took me forever to set them into the skull. Don't quite know how to manipulate subtools independently of each other yet.
