Considering the age displayed by the bust, I suggest to give him grey hair. Less and longer fibers.

    Yes, you're right.
I deleted the FiberMesh hair, and have begun to paint it greyer.
It's a lot of fun, I can spend hours to tweak and modify such a model ;-)

New settings with the BPR, and new LightCap. Added hair with Fibermesh too.
I can now begin a new character :-)

Langelot, I've been meaning to post here but I keep getting side-tracked. Anyway, I love your Nimoy/Spock bust. I've been a Trekkie for longer than you've probably been alive lol and you nailed this caricature to the wall! You should do "baby Spock" (from the last movie) next!

Joel: I can't do it... this just isn't working. I don't know how Shatner does it every week!
Crowe T. Robot: I don't know why he does it, or who lets him do it!

Many thanks, Voodoodad and Truubluu !
It's a good idea to model the new young Spock, I'llprobably do it. In France, Star Trek was not very known before the 80's movies. The latest JJ Abrams Star Trek movie is just great, I have seen it several times.

Now, it's time to do the model of the man who made the space travel possible ;-)
Just around 1h30 of work, and a lot to do to sculpt all the details and the special expression of the genius.

So fast and So Cute. The expression likeness of genius. My favorite part is the hair.

I have had a lot of work, but it's now finished, and I can now sculpt my little genius.
The hair is temporarly done, but I have to redo it.

I have done some animations with the dog I sculpted in ZB. The rendering is done in Modo. The face animations are done in ZB, and exported directly in LightWave 11 by GoZ. It is very funny to make these morphs in Zbrush.
The animation is done in messiah, and the camera tracking with Syntheyes.
A lot of fun ! Hope you enjoy !
