Default My try on Halloween Land

I like halloween, but I dont like the fact that media and commercialization ( that's a word? ) has brought this tradition to my country. It's kinda just an exuse for kids to collect treats, I bet they dont even no why halloween is.

    Anyway ^_^

I decided just to make a tree on a hill, and it evolved from that, here are the characters i've put in my scene, I didnt feel for detailing the witch much because she'll only be a tiny part:

    Default Halloween Land

Here's my final entry, everything was done entirely in ZBrush. Except the conversion to JPG ^_^

Stars was just a bunch of spheres, different sizes and color to make some "fade". Trees was made from sphere with snakehook to get the shapes. Most of the skeleton was made using CurveLineTube brush. Pumpkin heads, reaper, bats was done from sphere with dynamesh ( actually I think almost everything in the scene is dynameshed, I found resolution 512 to be ok to work with ).

Witch was posed using the female mannequin, then sculpted from that. I still cant understand how it was possible to sculpt without Dynamesh, I could never go back to the old way. As I didnt think polycount and stuff, the scene came just above 50 millions.

Some banding issues tho, but I didnt have time to see if there was something I could do to get rid of them
