Third Update - October 19, 2011
Most Recent Thumbnail Image
You may have noticed that several members now have a thumbnail image beneath their user name when they make posts on ZBC. These thumbnail images always show the most recent icon that the user has uploaded to the forum and clicking the icon will take you to that image. This is a great way to see each person's most recently shared artwork as you browse the forum. Every time you post a new image, it (and you) will continue to receive exposure long after its icon has dropped off the bottom row!
Your icon will always be your most recently created bottom row icon.
The more you participate at ZBC, the more exposure your art will receive. If you only post in your own thread, your most recent thumbnail image will only be seen there. But if you also comment on other people's work, help answer questions in the Q&T forums, etc. your icon will start to be seen everywhere and bring more viewers to your thread!
Most recent thumbnail images will only be visible for 30 days. If you don't post any artwork at ZBC within a 30 day period, your icon will disappear until you share new artwork.
Second Update - October 12, 2011
The second phase of the ZBrushCentral update is now complete. With this update we are pleased to bring back the very popular User Gallery and Thread Gallery features. We hope you enjoy the new look and features!
Beneath every member's name (found to the left of their post) at ZBC you will see the "User Gallery" button. Clicking that will show all images by the artist who made the post you clicked the link from.
At the top of every ZBC thread and to the right of its title you will also see a button to "View Thread Gallery". Clicking this will show a page with all images from that particular thread.
Another change has to do with uploading images and creating a thumbnail for the "Recently Uploaded" images. Merely inserting an image in your post no longer creates a thumbnail. You must now specifically create an icon when you want one to be posted with your thread and the new system gives you some great features to help create the best possible thumbnail. Be sure to read the instructional post about this.
