Thrawn

This is how I imagine the portrait of Grand Admiral Thrawn from the Star
Wars trilogy by Timothy Zahn (which's plot takes place after the Return of
the Jedi). His full name is Mitth'raw'nuruodo but he uses only it's core:
Thrawn.
He is an imperial genius strategist, always 3-4 steps ahead of others.
He is a real gentleman, but often ruthless if that serves his interest.

looks like you found a good balance of spec and skin details.
maybe a weee bit more sss would do the final trick. ears and lips get a bit flat and dry.
