    Your work is really impressive, so much so that I'm hesitant to even crit, but can't help but feel that you could pull better focus to your water creature by applying selective paint detail (+sat color, pattern) to the face, even possibly the tail. Your little diorama is beautiful, but the swamp creature would 'ping' a little more with this emphasis. With my first visual hit I feel I'm struggling to find it's orientation.
