Thanks for the tip max! I made the body a little smaller and did a pure body character sheet for you to look at. I'm not finished with her as I see some anatomy issues that are bothering me, such as the arms and legs being too thin for taste. But any more crits would be awesome!

ok, so I know that the Santa Monica Lunch Crunch won't let anybody join their gang, with good reason probably, but that doesn't mean that we can't use their themes and do our own right? Here's Spider-Man 2099 done in an hour. Simple, but this is just fun and practice for me!

and another WIP I have going on... I have waaaay too many, but my current computer isn't quite as powerful as it needs to be, so render tests take waay too long and thus my creativity for one will start to fade for awhile. But, I digress. This is Manji from the "Blade of the Immortal" manga. I'm posting this up right now because I would like to see if anybody notices any facial anatomy issues I may have missed while being buried in it. Crits are requested and many thanks in advance!

I love the Manji... being a fan of Blade of the Immortal; Do you plan on finishing him up? I don't particularly see anything wrong with the anatomy, looks pretty solid... not true to the source material, but you're obviously not sticking to that style of the manga. You should check out Vagabond as well if you haven't already... another semi-realistic history manga with a great drawing style.

pose for Manji. Simple, but maybe not finished. I need to work on the Kimono, and the blades that will have shot into the ground.

ok, here's the start of the Kimono and some hair. Eyebrows and bangs made with Fibermesh, the rest of the hair is Photoshopped. just wanted to get an idea of what it will look like...

Heh the hair makes such a difference. This character is really coming together, keep at it! Good gesture in that pose.

Knew it was Tommy Boy from the thumbnail on the front page. Good job!

recognized him before reading the description.
