    Default The Innsmouth Look

Here is a portrait of someone exhibiting the "Innsmouth Look" from H. Lovecraft short story, "The Shadow Over Innsmouth"

    I used zbrush and photoshop.

I really appreciate it man. Here is a quick tutorial I put together to show my process.

Along with the standard renders I used many adjustment layers to finely tune each layer in color, contrast, etc. Just experimenting with blending modes and opacity can give you a lot of fun results. Here is one I liked along the way.

Thank you, I'm hoping to do a portrait of Lovecraft himself in the near future.
